Hello! My name is Justine Gilbert, a junior Publishing and Editing student at Susquehanna University with an English and Honors minor.
Ever since I was a young child, I have loved books and reading, being able to transport myself into others’ lives and have experiences I never could myself. Because of the impact books have made on my life, I aspire to be able to work with authors to assist them in publishing their work.
Through classes, internships and serving on a reading board, I have gained knowledge and experience in some parts of the publishing process, but am always looking to learn more (see resume to learn more about those experiences). Currently, I am looking for a summer internship to widen my skillset and gain experience in the industry for my future.
